8. Resumes here: Yesterday I learned that on a resume here, you have to put the following:
-Age (!)
-Marital status, and if you have children (!!)
-A photo of yourself (!!!)
-Your nationality (!)
Can you even imagnie the lawsuits if someone asked for all of that information before a job interview?
Are you still thinking about getting a job there? Is that how the subject of resumes came up? I'm glad you told me you don't start classes until 11 am. It might be worth missing the cornflakes a day or two to catch up on sleep:) Hope you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteHi mom: I haven't even thought about getting a job yet...irk. I should get started. And yes, I have already forgone the cornflakes several days because of sleep! And no, the resumes came up in my Spanish for Commerce class. I have to make my Spanish Resume (photo and all) for Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't worry about it. I don't think you have to do that. I think it's most important to take in everything the experience has to offer!
